Tolerances, surface finishes, lead times, minimum quantities and equipment details on this site are general guidance. What we can achieve for your part depends on its geometry, material and quantity, and is confirmed in your written quote.
03Quotes and orders
A quote is valid for the period stated on it. An order is formed only when you accept a written quote or we confirm your purchase order in writing.
Price, payment, delivery, inspection and remake terms are set out in that quote or order confirmation. Where they differ from these terms, the quote or order confirmation applies.
04Your designs and files
You keep all rights in the drawings, models and specifications you send us. By sending them, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you allow us to use them only to quote, review and manufacture your parts.
We will sign a mutual NDA on request before you upload anything. See NDA & IP protection.
05Free engineering services
The DFM review, process matcher, capability data and sample kit are free and carry no obligation to order.
Our engineering recommendations are advice based on the information you give us. You remain responsible for approving the final design for its intended use.
06Supplier applications
Submitting a supplier application does not create an agreement and does not guarantee orders. We contact suppliers whose capabilities match current projects.
07Acceptable use
Do not upload files you are not allowed to share, malicious code or unlawful content, and do not try to disrupt, probe or overload the site or the systems behind it.
08Our content
The text, images, graphics and design of this site belong to Purniss or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but you may not copy or republish site content without our written permission.
