Why we charge for samples: each one is made, inspected and documented like a production part, so it's a fair test of what you'll receive. Each request is quoted individually, you pay only after approving the quote, and the sample fee is credited in full to your first production order placed within 90 days.

Approve the quote and pay Within 24h we email a quote with the sample fee, DHL shipping and lead time. Pay by card or bank transfer once you approve it.

Made, inspected and shipped Standard samples ship 3 business days after payment; custom lead time is fixed in your quote. Each part arrives with its inspection report and material certificate.

How paid samples work

Two ways to sample, one credit policy.

Every sample is made and inspected exactly like a production order. That's what makes it a fair test of our process, and it's why the fee comes back to you when you order.

MODE A · STANDARD From stock

Standard benchmark samples

Reference parts we keep in stock, made on the same machines and checked with the same CMM as production orders. Use them to judge surface quality, tolerance capability and our inspection documents before you send drawings.

Lead time Ships 3 days after payment

MODE B · CUSTOM Engineer review

Custom-spec samples

The same reference geometry, made in your alloy, finish, color or tolerance on our in-house CNC hub or an audited partner node. Existing fixtures and tooling are reused, so there's no new tooling cost. An engineer confirms feasibility and sends your quote within 24 hours.

Sample fees come off your first order

Pay by card or bank transfer once you approve the quote. When you place your first production order within 90 days, the full sample fee is deducted from it. Shipping costs are not credited.

When you're charged: Only after you approve your quote. Sending a request is free and doesn't commit you.
Shipping and duties: DHL Express billed at cost, or ship on your own DHL, FedEx or UPS account. Import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
If a sample misses spec: We remake it or refund its fee. "Spec" means what's listed here for standard samples, or what's written in your quote for custom ones.
Cancelling: Free any time before production starts. Once a custom sample is in production, it can't be cancelled.
