How we work

Transparent, predictable
and fully documented.

We know ordering custom parts overseas can feel like a black box. That’s why every project at Purniss runs on a clear 5-stage workflow, real shop-floor photo logs, outgoing QC verification, and one application engineer who owns your order from quote to delivery.

No black-box production

One Clear 5-Stage Workflow

We don’t hand your files off to an anonymous broker queue. Every order follows five structured stages — combining our in-house engineering and outgoing QC team with audited specialist shops — so you always know where your parts are and what happens next.

  • 24h DFM review
  • Vetted specialist shops
  • Shop-floor photo logs
  • Global DDP / DAP
  1. Gate 1You approve the DFM notes, process route, and firm quote before any material is cut.
  2. Gate 2For batch runs, you sign off on the first-article sample before series production starts.
  3. Gate 3You review our outgoing CMM and dimensional inspection report before the shipment leaves.

CAD Evaluation & Free DFM Review

An application engineer inspects your STEP/IGES model and 2D drawing for thin walls, draft angles, tool access, and tolerance risks—returning a practical markup alongside your quote.

      Quality You Can Verify

As a growing manufacturing partner, we don’t ask you to take our word on quality. Before your order is packed, our QC room verifies critical GD&T callouts on our CMM alongside pin, thread, and roughness gauges — and shares the actual measured data, mill certs, and fixture photos with you.

      Direct engineer-to-engineer line

      One Engineer, Start to Finish

No script-reading sales reps or ticket queues. You work directly with an English-speaking application engineer who understands GD&T, machining setups, and surface treatments — whether you need to adjust a tolerance or check on a Friday dispatch.

      • Design changes & DFM
      • Schedules & shipping
      • Photo & video updates
      • Reports & corrective actions
      Single-point accountability

The same application engineer who reviews your CAD model coordinates the specialist shop floor, checks the first-article sample, and signs off on your outgoing QC report.

Can we tighten the tolerance to ±0.01 mm on the central bore without delaying Friday's dispatch?

Absolutely. We'll finish-bore that feature on the 5-axis cell to hold H7 and mask the bore during anodizing. I've updated the DFM and shop routing sheet—no impact on Friday's ship date.

      Built for repeat orders

      Every File, One Project Vault

From the initial DFM markup to the outgoing CMM report and packing list, every record is version-controlled, signed off by your engineer, and kept in one project folder. When you reorder, we pull the same locked CAM setup, fixtures, and masking notes so Batch 2 matches Batch 1.

      • Versioned revisions
      • Locked CAM setups
      • Incoming-QC ready
      • Smooth reorders
      Ready for your receiving dock

Every inspection report references your part number, drawing revision, and engineer sign-off, making it straightforward for your QA team to verify parts at incoming inspection.
