Sample report for the example part. Your report shows real prices in your currency.
Every quote request gets a free one-on-one engineering review, whether your part is machined, cast, printed, molded or finished. Before anything is cut, poured or coated, we flag what can't be made as drawn, check the process suits your quantity and call out what drives cost.
Drawing received
Five findings on one drawing. The example is a CNC-milled, anodized housing; cast, printed and molded parts get the same markup. Select a finding to zoom in, then accept the change or keep it as drawn.
Example part, for explaining the review only. Multipliers show direction and rough proportion, not a price.
These six checks find most of the cost on a typical drawing. The sketches show machining and casting; the rule of thumb under each one covers what changes for printed, molded and finished parts. Move the slider to see where each rule starts to bite.
Our rule of thumb.
Free with every quote request, whether or not you order. Select a step to see which part of the report it produces. The report mirrors the choices you made on the drawing above.

Four recent reviews, one from each process we run: CNC machining, rapid casting, polymers and surface finishing. Open one to see what changed, and what the customer chose to keep.
Parts shown with customer permission and without identifying details. Savings compare the quote as drawn with the quote after review, at the same quantity.

Yes. Every quote request gets one, whether or not you order, from a single prototype upward. It's how we avoid surprises once material has been cut, poured or printed.
All four we run: CNC machining, rapid casting (sand, investment and die casting), 3D printing and polymers (SLA, SLS, vacuum casting, LSR) and surface finishing. If your part would be cheaper or faster by another route at your quantity, the report says so.
No. We mark suggestions on your drawing and quote both versions. We only make what you approve in writing, and the approved drawing is attached to your order.
Then keep it. We'll tell you what it costs and the best way to make it, such as EDM for sharp corners or CMM checks on just the critical bore, and quote it as drawn.
A 3D model (STEP, IGES, Parasolid or SolidWorks) plus a 2D drawing in PDF or DWG with tolerances, threads and finishes. A model alone works too; we'll ask which dimensions are critical. If you haven't settled on a process, tell us the quantity and what the part does, and we'll recommend one.
A manufacturing engineer who knows the process your part will be made by. When a part crosses processes, say a casting that is machined and then anodized, one engineer still owns the whole route and stays on your project through production and delivery, so nothing gets lost in a handover.
We sign your NDA or ours before you upload. Files are stored encrypted, every access is logged, and only the assigned engineer and quality team can open them.
Your CAD is encrypted and isolated from day one. Upload it with your quote request and the review comes back within 24 hours.
