01Our commitment

Your designs stay yours. Your files are seen only by the people who need them to quote, review and make your part, and we will sign a mutual NDA before you send a single file.

02Put an NDA in place first

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Mutual NDA request”, your company’s legal name and the person who will sign.
  2. We send our standard mutual NDA, or review yours if your company has its own template.
  3. Once both sides have signed, upload your CAD through the quote form or send it to your project engineer.

03How we handle your files

  • Files sent through our quote form are encrypted in transit with 256-bit AES and stored in access-controlled cloud storage.
  • Access is limited to your assigned project engineer and the production cell building your part. Your drawings are never posted to open bidding boards.
  • If a qualified partner facility performs part of the work, it receives only the files needed for that operation, under written confidentiality terms.
  • We do not show your parts or drawings in our marketing without your written permission.

04What a mutual NDA covers

Drawings, 3D models, specifications, quantities, pricing and any other project information either side shares. Each party uses the other’s information only for the project and keeps it confidential for the period set in the NDA, including after the project ends.

05Ownership and deletion

Sending us files does not transfer any rights in your design. We keep your files and production setups to make re-orders faster; ask us at any time and we will return or delete them.

06Talk to us

Questions about confidentiality, export restrictions or your company’s own security requirements are best answered by an engineer directly.
