Engineered before
it's manufactured.
We don’t just pass files to a machine. Our application engineers review every CAD model for manufacturability, match the process to your batch size, and verify mating fits across multi-process BOMs.
Before pricing, not after problems happen
Free DFM Review
Every quote request is reviewed 1-on-1 by an application engineer before we price it — not by a black-box algorithm, and not after production starts. We check wall thickness, tool access, draft angles, and tight tolerances that drive up cost or risk scrap, and share practical options with you.

- Finish compatibility
- Marked-up CAD viewEvery risk or cost driver numbered directly on your part geometry.
- Practical trade-offsWhat we suggest changing, why it helps tool life or finish, and what it saves.
- Your callAccept or decline each suggestion. We quote and build the exact revision you approve.
Sharp internal pocket corners or unmasked H7 bores before anodizing? We catch them on the drawing so you don’t discover them on your assembly bench.

Right-sized process routing
Flexible Low MOQ
You shouldn’t have to pay for hard steel tooling just to test a design — or overpay for 3D printing when you need 200 pilot units. Whether you need 1 piece or 1,000, we route your part to the process that makes engineering and financial sense for your current stage.
- 1 – 19Validate it. CNC-machined, 3D-printed, or patternless-cast straight from your CAD. Zero hard tooling, no minimum.
- 20 – 500Bridge it. Silicone vacuum casting, rapid aluminum molds, or soft-tooled casting that pays for itself in the first batch.
- 500+Scale it. Multi-cavity die casting, compression molding, or production injection tooling once your design is frozen.
Moving from 5 prototypes to 200 pilot parts doesn’t restart your project from scratch. The DFM notes, datum strategy, and QC plan from your first run carry straight into bridge tooling.

Multi-Process Assembly
Sourcing a machined metal core from one shop, a molded seal from a second, a printed housing from a third, and anodizing from a fourth leaves you holding the bag if parts don’t mate. We coordinate the entire BOM across our vetted shop network and test-fit the assembly in our QC room before dispatch.
- Your whole BOM
- Sub-assembly
- Fit & function check
- Turnkey delivery
When we manage the whole assembly, interface tolerances are our responsibility. If the anodized CNC core and the SLS housing don’t mate cleanly, we resolve it before dispatch — instead of vendors pointing fingers at each other.
